Melt 1/4 cup butter in a skillet.
Add frozen cauliflower to skillet once butter is melted. When cauliflower is thawed, add a teaspoon or two of season salt to the skillet and stir.
Cook for about 25 minutes or until cauliflower starts to brown. Stir occasionally.
Add 4 oz of cheddar cheese to the cauliflower and stir until melted. Repeat with cream cheese, heavy whipping cream and the rest of the cheddar cheese.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
This should be creamy and cheesy. Add heavy whipping cream, 1/2 tbsp at a time, until you get your preferred consistency.
