This is the best pizza recipe for Keto that I have found to date. It's delicious AND easy!!
Add all of the dry ingredients to a bowl and whisk together.
Add eggs and mix with an electric hand mixer. Blend for about 30-60 seconds.
Heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a medium sized skillet for frying. Heat over medium-high.
Add all of the batter to the skillet and make sure the batter coats the skillet evenly so you have an even, round crust.
Once the edges appear slightly brown, flip the crust and cook the other side for about 30-60 seconds.
Remove the crust from the skillet and add your toppings. Place into the oven to broil. Broil for approximately 3 minutes - or until desired golden meltiness is reached.
